Trails Fund

Cleveland Metroparks trail system is one of the region’s greatest assets and includes more than 270 miles of trails throughout the Park District’s nearly 23,000 acres. Approximately 70% of park visitors have indicated that trails are the primary reason they visit one of Cleveland Metroparks reservations.

Cleveland Metroparks Trails Fund supports rehabilitation of the Park District’s extensive trail system. Natural trail improvements will meet sustainable standards to minimize natural resource impact and maintenance while maximizing user enjoyment.

Trail Fund donations are also a meaningful way to honor a special runner, hiker or biker while helping to conserve and enhance Cleveland Metroparks. All donors and persons being honored or memorialized will be recognized in Cleveland Metroparks Emerald Necklace newsletter, and the annual Gift of Nature report.
